Tyler embarked on his professional journey in landwork upon earning his degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2004. With an acute attention to detail and a dedication to excellence, he navigated various large-scale projects, witnessing their evolution from early title and leasing stages through to the final curative processes. Throughout his career, Tyler has been dedicated to growth and progression, steadily advancing through a diverse array of roles and responsibilities.
During his tenure at Blue Star Land Services, Tyler’s commitment and competence garnered him increasing responsibility, culminating in his appointment as Senior Project Manager, where he provided leadership and oversight for all ongoing initiatives. A meticulous professional, Tyler consistently upholds himself and colleagues to the highest professional standards of quality and integrity. He is an active member of the AAPL and OCAPL. Outside of work, he finds joy in spending time with his wife and three sons, endeavoring to instill in them his passion for the outdoors.
Adam Fields, RPL – Senior Landman
Adam launched his career in land work after graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma, gaining valuable industry insights as a field title landman. His journey has seen him excel in various facets of the industry, including lease acquisition, curative work, due diligence, acquisition and divestitures, renewable energy, and project management. With extensive experience across the lower 48 states and expertise in both oil and gas and renewable energy sectors, Adam’s specialty lies in meticulous title work, honing his keen eye for detail. An active member of AAPL and OCAPL, he stays abreast of industry developments. Beyond work, Adam finds joy in hunting, riding motorcycles, and enjoying lake outings with his wife and son.
